Students are really trying hard to earn a selection in the Beanie Baby Game for Rewards. In American History, students started an individual Google Slides project. Students in World History are finishing a chapter on the countries of Central and Southern Asia. We finished a chapter on Fungus in Life Science. Students did an activity with yeast and balloons. They sure had an awful odor. We are reading a novel called “The Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler” together in class. We are still working on punctuation marks in English class. We played Water Polo (without the water) with our new equipment in PE class. Our Chapel Offerings are going to “Mon Ami, Jesus” (My Friend, Jesus). Please try to remember to bring an offering on Wednesdays. We have given 71 books to the children in Africa & Haiti. The goal is 100 books by January. Thanks to Mr. Corson for his presentation on Veteran’s Day. Students enjoyed working with the Food Delivery on Thursday. Start learning your lines and songs for the Christmas Service. We had our first Christmas practice on Friday. Congratulations to the Volleyball Team for a very successful season! Thanks, parents, for the social visits at the Conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday.
