We enjoyed a beautiful Fall day on Monday with our Field Trip to Quarry Hill. Students learned how to rock climb and searched for fossils. It was nice to get outside in God’s classroom. History students started teaching their sections of Chapter 2 to the class. We even had a couple students dress-up in costume for their Google Slides presentation. Students in World History continue to study the ancient Middle East. We had our first review spelling test over the first six units. We looked at some stinky bacteria under the microscope during our Science Lab Day. They also set-up three experiments to observe over the next couple of weeks (or years). Students worked on some final projects on their first novel “The Call of the Wild”. We did some Fall Physical Fitness Testing in PE class. Our Chapel Offerings are going to “Mon Ami, Jesus” (My Friend, Jesus). Please try to remember to bring an offering on Wednesdays. Every $5 buys a French Written Book on Bible Stories. We looked at some French words for different colors. We have given 34 books to the children in Africa & Haiti. The goal is 100 books by January.
