This week in Earth Science, we read about rockets. We are p[lanning on flying some 2-Liter Bottle rockets when the weather warms up. We started presenting our history project in American History. We had a WWI battle with nerf guns, did some golfing, and watched a dance. Both groups presented for about 1 hour. We wrote two poems in English class for our poetry book (Cinquain and Alliteration). We had our 17th test over lessons 1-85 in math class. We played Nitroball and team dodgeball in PE in the Wykoff Commons Gymnasium. We are talking about drugs in health class. We are giving offerings for Heifer International which provides animals to poor countries to help them start farms and to raise money. In the sixth week of the second semester, students have given enough to buy a flock of ducks, a hive of honey bees, a flock of chickens, some rabbits, a sheep, a pig, and a ½ of a goat. Keep bringing in those offerings throughout the remainder of the school year. Praise the Lord!
