We had our final distance learning Zoom meeting on Wednesday. School will resume five in person days of learning starting next week. We watched a video on Martin Luther King Junior on Monday. We watched a movie made in 1965 called “The Great Race” on Monday. This was a reward for completing 13 motivational charts. We did an experiment with making regolith by dropping a rock on slices of toast in Life Science. We also started a new chapter on stars. In American History, we finished presenting our History Projects and turned in our Civics Book for a final quarter grade. We had a big final test on Sentence Diagramming in English class. We are over halfway through our Spelling book. We had two spelling tests in one week due to the snow days last week. We had a test in our Saxon Math books on Friday. We read about drugs and the abuse of drugs in Health class. We played hockey outside for Physical Education class. We will move indoors starting next week. The Second Quarter came to a conclusion on Friday. Make sure all work and corrections are turned in by Monday, so I can commute final grades by Friday. Thanks!
